Ordering
Pretty Good Things has recently changd their ordering methods. At this time PGT will take orders through PGT's Etsy shop. Etsy is a wonderful site dedicated to all types of crafters! You will find detailed instructions on their site if you choose to order through Pretty Good Thing's Etsy site.

Payment
Pretty Good Things only uses paypal for accepting payments.
You may sign up for a FREE account at www.paypal.com and transfer money to my verified account. It's just like an on-line bank. It is fast, easy and secure. Paypal will accept your credit card! See paypal for details.

Please be sure to pay at the time of purchase. If there is no payment or contact within three days the sale will be considered void.

Shipping and Handling
Your purchase will be shipped through the USPS within 2 business days of your order
Usually shipments are made first class but sometimes Priority Mail depending on the weight and cost.
You may note shipping prices are varied based on the item you are purchasing and factor in both actual shipping costs as well as materials and handling. Most hats are carefully packaged in sturdy cardboard boxes and are cushioned with tissues to ensure safe and crumple-free arrival. Smaller and lighter items, such as jewelry are packaged in a bubble mailer and a cardboard jewelry box. Prints and paper goods are mailed in a rigid flat mailer.
Pretty Good Things currently ships to the U.S. and Canada only.

Returns/Exchanges
Dissatisfaction/Exchange:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase (and lets hope you aren't!) you may return your purchase for store credit, granted the item is in its original condition and shows no evidence of wear or use.

Returns are accepted if Pretty Good Things (Mary) is contacted within one week of receiving your purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

\Damaged:
Was your purchase damaged in route? Pretty Good Things will replace the item if possible. However, in the event your purchase was one of a kind - you will be refunded your money via Paypal. Through Etsy conversations we can discuss repair on one of a kind items also.

Privacy
Pretty Good Things will never ever sell or give your personal information to anyone. Your information will be kept confidential and will not be used for any other purpose than shipping items or contacting you! Your privacy is important to me!
