About me (C.E.O.)
Mary's the name. I live in Lincoln Nebraska working this little gem of a web site. I live with my man, two cats, a BFA degree and way too much furniture. After graduation I gave birth to a little baby called Pretty Good Things. Currently, I am working towards a Masters Degree in Apparel Design at UNL.

I like: you, cheese popcorn, fudgesicles and pixie sticks, The Golden Girls, Sex and the City, kitties, snuggles and other things.
I do not like: writing research papers, the way crunchy snow sounds and feels under-foot and the feeling of cotton balls

About the items
Pretty Good Things' motto is: pretty good things for pretty fun people. The products you'll find within the site are all hand crafted by one enterprising lady (see above description). The products are influence from current trends and pop culture (because PGT is with it) and also class and tradition (because PGT ain't no hussy). These carefully crafted items have also been filtered through a 'fine art education', years and years of crafting, sewing and the innate desire to claim (and occasionally prove) that: "I could make that!".
